Talent International is searching for experienced Project and Change Delivery Officer to join our client, a Brisbane based national disability support organisation on a 12-month contract.
**About the Role**:
The Project and Change Delivery Officer is a team membership position that may be required to perform work that involves team leadership and management responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities and managing workflows of a team.
The position is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development that support the organisation's objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining project documents including; reporting dashboards and databases, risk and issues registers, document management, updating and version control of project delivery framework tools and templates, document accessibility and action item logs.
- Maintaining project and plan schedules (or KANBAN boards), monitoring deadlines for each task and reporting any identified or potential delays to the branch leadership.
- Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU (business as usual) plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
- Preparing, with guidance, project and change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements, such as for accessibility and senior executives.
- Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the Agency and with external stakeholders.
- Growing and developing internal relationships within the DCO and across the organisation relevant to your area of responsibility and project planning and implementation requirements.
- Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to the organisation's standards and frameworks.
