Visy Retail Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Store Account Manager to be the face of our brand in the Eastern, Inner & Northern Suburbs. You will work closely with Bunnings stores across Sydney, ensuring Visy products are represented, compliant and performing strongly at shelf.
About the Role
Visy Retail Services partners with major retailers to deliver outstanding in‑store execution, merchandising, and customer service. In this role you will support an allocated group of stores, coordinate refit activities, complete site audits and safety checks, and maintain accurate reporting through CRM systems. You will also act as the in‑store representative for Visy, supporting merchandising execution, promotions and sales initiatives.
What You Will Do
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of Bunnings stores, ensuring consistent brand representation.
* Maintain shelves, displays and product layouts to visual merchandising and trade standards.
* Assemble products and promotional displays, supporting refits, new range launches and in‑store activations.
* Act as the in‑store representative for Visy, supporting merchandising execution, promotions and sales initiatives.
* Build strong working relationships with store teams and key stakeholders through clear communication and excellent customer service.
* Work closely with internal sales and service teams to support account objectives and in‑store performance.
* Provide timely and accurate support via phone and email, including reporting and follow‑up.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in customer service, merchandising or account management within retail or hardware environments.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Confident communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
* Experience delivering product training and in‑store support.
* Ability to work autonomously while meeting sales and service targets.
* Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
* A valid driver's licence.
