Your new role

Responsibilities
In particular you will be:
* Doing property searches/enquiries, engaging in legal research, liaising with clients/other solicitors/banks/agents, preparing sale property/business sale contracts and leases, arranging/attending settlements

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are either a conveyancing paralegal/secretary or a conveyancer or a junior property lawyer
* Have a minimum of 12 months (preferably more) proven hands-on experience in residential property conveyancing, essential, managing your own files, including PEXA experience
* Have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of a business (preferable but not essential)
* Have strong time prioritisation and communication/interpersonal skills
* Are deadline-driven, proactive, results-oriented, able to multi-task and highly adaptable
* Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
* Are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city and are hungry to advance your career long-term with an impressive firm
