What You'll Do
* Source on- and off-market deals across multiple states
* Assess risk, cashflow, yield, and growth fundamentals
* Present only top‐tier opportunities that meet Handle standards
Negotiation & Execution
* Build strong relationships with agents
* Submit structured offers with speed and conviction
* Negotiate terms that protect the client
Client Experience
* Manage the end-to-end buyer journey
* Provide transparent updates and insights
* Keep CRM and deal hygiene immaculate
* Coordinate with conveyancers, inspectors, PMs, and lenders
* Work closely with the founding team and experienced buyers agents to secure high performing properties
* Contribute ideas to improve speed, systems, and client outcomes
* Commit to continual training and performance development
Who You Are
* Own at least one investment property portfolio
* Have client management or transaction experience (real estate, finance, investing, or high-value sales)
* Strong negotiator with excellent communication
* Analytical, emotionally intelligent, and hungry to win
* Able to manage multiple deals at speed
* Comfortable in a high-performance environment
* Full Australian work rights
