Key aspects of the role include:
* Responding promptly to course enquiries, processing student enrolments and issuing associated paperwork
* Liaising with students to resolve matters of concern or complaints, and updating records accordingly
* Providing technical and administrative support to students in using the student portal, and coordinating events and meetings
The successful applicant will have:
A strong foundation in customer service, communication and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an administrative environment.
Experience in sales, student support or similar roles is highly valued, as is a Diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience.
