Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Oversight: Lead the selection, configuration, and optimization of pumping systems for large-scale slurry and chemical applications.
* Technical Mentorship: Act as the "engineer's engineer," providing guidance and quality assurance to junior staff and internal sales teams.
* Design & Innovation: Oversee the development of bespoke abrasion-resistant linings and hydraulic designs that maximize Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM).
* Commercial Synergy: Partner with the Business Development team to present high-level technical proposals to Tier-1 mining clients, ensuring engineered solutions align with operational budgets.
