The primary function of this position involves managing warehouse operations efficiently.
1. Picking and packing orders from the warehouse storage area in a timely manner.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
3. Providing exceptional customer service at the sales counter, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
4. Labeling, wrapping, and accurately scanning products for inventory purposes.
5. Unloading incoming shipments and stock replenishment tasks.
This role requires proven experience in warehouse management, possession of a valid counterbalance forklift license, physical fitness, and strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential in meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity levels. A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also highly valued.
