Customer Service Representative - Pharmaceutical

Based in Chirnside Park, we currently have a full-time position available for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Representative. This role is fundamental to success of our pharmaceutical division and offers the successful applicant an opportunity to join a friendly, dedicated team working in the CCL Melbourne business.
Role functions include, but not limited to:
* Raising technical job bags
* Raising sales orders
* Confirming orders with clients
* Attend production meetings
* Liaising with clients regarding scheduling and job requirements
* Assisting other members of the Sales & CSR teams and other departments
* Proactively engaging with customers
* Ad hoc tasks as required
The successful applicant will be given training but should demonstrate:
* Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible, positive, 'Can Do' attitude, takes initiative
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to understand technical printing processes and requirements
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently
* High level communication skills
* Good numerical skills
* Stability, commitment and an eagerness to learn.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Previous experience within the printing industry highly regarded
