Responsibilities:

You’ll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:

* Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
* Facilitating the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP.
* Positively advocating for facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching.
* Assessing data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to identify trends and influence the project's safety approach.
* Supporting the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech).


Requirements:

* Demonstrated practical construction-related safety coordination/management experience and knowledge, delivering mid to large projects; built form (preferably), civil construction, or infrastructure.
* WHS industry-relevant qualifications and certificates.
* Collaborative communication skills suited for effective consultation, influencing, and relationship building.
* Competent computer and system skills - HammerTech training will be provided.
