Pro Health Care is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive Norwood team from early January. The position is casual and working hours are expected to be around 15-20 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on the availability of practitioners and other employees and ad hoc shifts may be available for planned and unplanned leave.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist patients and practitioners with a warm and friendly demeanour.
* Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records and process billings.
* Handle inquiries and provide information about our services.
* Support the administrative functions of the clinic and complete general housekeeping duties.
* Collaborate with and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar.
* Previous experience with Best Practice and Pracsuite software (desired), along with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* The right to work in Australia (Visa sponsorship not available)
