Montrose Veterinary Centre (Montrose & New Norfolk, Tasmania) offers a 7‐person veterinary practice located in Greater Hobart. The caseload is 90‐95 % small animal with a mix of ruminants, equine, pigs and native wildlife. Since 1978 the practice has expanded, rebuilt the New Norfolk clinic and equipped both sites with consulting rooms, surgical suites, rehabilitation facilities and diagnostic equipment including in‐house blood analysers, microscopy, radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy. Parking is plentiful for clients. The clinics operate seven and five days a week, respectively.

Requirements
* 2–3 years of post‐qualification experience as a general‐practice veterinarian.
