About the Role
* Help families protect their future by understanding their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.
* Generate new business through prospecting, networking and proactive outreach.
* Split your time between the field and office, with various locations available across Sydney.
* Manage your own pipeline, meet quarterly targets and access strong training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct meetings and consultations with clients to understand their life insurance needs.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable life insurance products.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2+ years' B2C sales experience.
* Experience in consumer-based selling such as insurance, finance, real estate, telco, home improvements, FMCG etc.
* Strong consultative communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
* Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline and close sales.
* Self-starter who is comfortable working on the road, from home or via regional hubs.
* Full driver's license.
