This field-based role will see you driving sales and supporting clinical teams across your territory—helping to ensure patients receive the best possible care.Key responsibilities include:Achieving sales targets through strategic account managementDelivering value to wholesale and referral partners using a solutions-based approachEducating and supporting customers on the latest sleep and respiratory care technologiesLeading promotional activities and marketing initiatives across the regionIdentifying new business opportunities and driving growth within your territoryCollaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce/Tableau)Regular travel across Queensland (and occasionally WA) requiredWho we're looking for:You'll bring energy, initiative, and strong commercial acumen to the role.
You're someone who builds trust quickly, communicates with clarity, and is genuinely passionate about making a difference in healthcare.To be successful, you'll need:A background in healthcare, life sciences, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)Proven experience in sales or key account management, ideally within medical devices or pharmaStrong influencing and communication skills—especially in clinical environmentsThe ability to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term relationship buildingWillingness to travel throughout QLD and WA as needed
