Randstad has partnered exclusively with a Local Manufacturer based in Townsville to recruit an WHS administrator in a full time position.
About the Role: As our WHS Administrator you will:
Provide expert WHS advice across the business to support our compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate, plan, record and execute health and safety initiatives across our operations.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations.
Drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
Lead the development and review of WHS systems, policies, and procedures.
Guide and support injury management processes and rehabilitation efforts.
Support and educate all personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to WHS systems.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar WHS role.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
Solid working knowledge of OHS legislation, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to current technologies.
