Job Title: Resort Club Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Club Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a management position, preferably at a resort or day lounge. You will possess a strong grasp of profit measures, cost management, and productivity. Additionally, you will be capable of working independently and as part of a team, with high energy, passion, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
* Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the club, ensuring that all aspects meet our high standards.
* Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of hospitality staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety, licensing, and profitability standards are met.
* Beverage Menu Development: Collaborate on the development of our beverage menu, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality.
* Strategic Planning: Work closely with the management team to develop strategies that exceed sales goals and optimize cost control.
Professional Qualifications:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a management position, preferably at a resort or day lounge.
* Strong Grasp of Profit Measures: A strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and productivity.
* Capable of Working Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
