Project Description The project focuses on designing and developing a Customer Care Tool to streamline customer support operations across multiple applications. The tool will serve as a centralized support platform, enabling the customer support team to manage inquiries and interactions efficiently.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain the Customer Care Tool to support internal operations;
Lead the development team, ensuring alignment with project milestones and goals;
Develop an intuitive and responsive UI for the customer support team;
Optimize application performance and reliability to enhance user experience;
Ensure data security and compliance with industry best practices;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions;
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in Java development;
Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL);
Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
Ability to work in a versatile development environment where tech stack decisions are evolving;
English proficiency from B1+ for effective communication in an international team;
