Based at the Broome Administration Office, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and lead a dedicated team. Your key responsibilities will include skillful negotiation and management of leases, licenses, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability. Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting on key performance indicators will be crucial, as well as developing contingency plans to maintain operational efficiency. **Specific Duties**:
- Manage retail and commercial operations, negotiate agreements.
- Oversee property portfolio, leases, and commercial agreements.
- Analyse commercial data to support decision-making.
- Identify and execute new commercial opportunities.
- Assist CEO in managing organisation operations and setting strategic objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Business/Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent
- High computer proficiency and current C Class Driver's License
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years in a commercial environment or as a Commercial Manager
- Management experience with accountability for business outcomes
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in business development, project management, and contract management will be highly valued.
