We are seeking an experienced industrial relations professional to lead high-stakes workforce matters across one of Queensland's largest and most complex public sector environments. You will play a key role in enterprise bargaining, dispute management, and industrial advocacy, working directly with senior executives, unions and government stakeholders on issues that are often sensitive, contested and system-wide in impact.
This is a role with real influence, visibility and impact.

* Strong experience in enterprise bargaining and industrial negotiations
* Demonstrated capability in industrial advocacy or tribunal/commission matters
* Ability to provide clear, confident advice on complex and sensitive issues
* Proven skills in negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management
* High-level written skills where you are able to produce concise, executive-ready briefs
