About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding position that will see you working closely with clients to help them achieve their employment goals. As a Job Coach, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to individuals who are looking for work.
You will be responsible for building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients, and for placing participants into sustainable employment. Your role will also involve ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
You will be working as part of a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service at every stage of the process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, and will be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders. You will also be confident working to KPIs, and will have an overall desire to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential.
