**The Position
Your responsibilities in the role of Property Management Team Leader include:**
* Act as the primary support person for Property Managers, providing guidance and troubleshooting
* Handle escalation matters with a strong focus on positive customer experience
* Mentor and coach junior team members and Property Officers
* Assist management with workflow optimisation and best-practice implementation
* Identify training needs and support team performance through ongoing guidance
* Provide full end-to-end portfolio management during staff leave periods
* Quickly onboard into various portfolios and adapt to different client and team needs
* Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships during coverage periods
* Oversee arrears, maintenance, lease renewals, and routine inspections when required
* Manage vacates, final inspections, compliance and lost management processes
* Support leasing functions and ad-hoc tasks alongside a dedicated Property Officer
* Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings, including insurance claim management
**The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Management Team Leader will have:**
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
* A positive, solutions-focused professional with a natural leadership mindset
