Overview

An established property group is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail property professional looking to take ownership of assets while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

This role will suit someone with strong retail centre management experience who enjoys managing both the financial performance and operational delivery of assets while building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail asset portfolio
* Oversee lease administration, tenancy schedules and key lease action dates
* Implement rent reviews, lease maintenance charges and rental invoicing
* Manage the arrears process and tenant correspondence
* Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasting and management reports
* Assist with annual property budgets and outgoings reconciliations
* Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring centres are maintained to a high standard
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring presentation, maintenance and WHS compliance
* Maintain accurate documentation within property management systems
* Build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships

The Candidate

* 3+ years experience in retail or commercial property management
* Strong understanding of retail leasing practices and the Retail Leases Act
* Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
* Exposure to Cirrus8, MRI or similar property management systems (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
