ICT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst (Multiple Roles: Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Procurement Systems)

Voak is seeking experienced ICT Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to support the delivery of complex, high‐profile ICT initiatives across Federal Government. There are multiple opportunities available, across experience levels.
In this role, you will provide high‐quality business analysis across complex ICT programs. You'll work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, navigate ambiguity, and translate requirements into clear, assured outcomes within secure environments.
What you'll be doing
* Leading or supporting business analysis and systems analysis activities across complex ICT programs
* Producing high quality business case artefacts including OCD and FPS
* Facilitating requirements elicitation workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
* Applying structured methods and critical thinking to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguityManaging requirements traceability, validation, change control, and approvals
* Working closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Testing, and Service Management teams
* Operating effectively across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery environments
You will bring experience working on large‐scale ICT initiatives, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver outcomes in environments with high security, operational readiness, and governance requirements.
* Cloud and hybrid/multi‐cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
* Defence experience, including programs and documentation standards
* ICT service management, ServiceNow, or ITIL‐aligned environments
