Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our service providers and patients.
This includes:
* Opening and closing the centre at the beginning and end of each work day;
* Greeting patients and responding to their enquiries;
* Assisting service providers with appointment bookings, payments processing, accounts billings/reconciliation/receivables/payables;
* Communicating with service providers, referrers, and patients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, faxes, and emails;
* Assisting with ordering and storage of office supplies, stationery, and service provider stock and items;
* Tidying up the centre facilities, performing basic dusting and vacuuming tasks, using the washing machine/dryer, hanging towels, and emptying bins.
