We're working with a global manufacturing organisation based in Granville, looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is starting ASAP, so it's best suited to someone who can commence within the next 2–3 weeks and commit to the full contract period.
This is a hands-on role with a good mix of BAU support and project work. You'll be supporting users across the business, so clear communication and a practical, service-focused approach are essential.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing Level 1 help desk and desktop support
* Administering data networks and servers
* Supporting and managing internet and email services
* Delivering general IT technical support and maintaining IT equipment
* Contributing to the development and improvement of internal IT systems
* Supporting and contributing to internal IT projects
* Managing backup solutions in line with internal standards
* Following established IT processes and procedures
What we're looking for:
* Strong IT support experience across desktop, networks and systems
* Confident communicator who's comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders
* Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable in an on-site environment
* Able to work 4–5 days per week on-site in Granville
* Available to start within the next 2–3 weeks
