We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team in a modern manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and reactive maintenance across plant machinery, diagnosing faults and working to minimise downtime, completing inspections, repairs and system improvements, following safety protocols and maintaining clean work areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

* A trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade).

* Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

* A valid driver's license.

* A forklift license.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to motivate and excite staff.

* Supervise and manage delegated staff.

* Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
