A dynamic professional is required to lead a small team responsible for pricing and customer invoicing. This role involves collaborating with other departments to assess and implement pricing adjustments based on market changes and operational costs.

* Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a small team responsible for pricing and customer invoicing.
2. Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement pricing adjustments based on market changes and operational costs.
3. Oversee the preparation and issuance of accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
4. Ensure all invoicing processes comply with company guidelines and financial regulations.
5. Address any discrepancies or errors promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all financial operations.
7. Implement and oversee checks and balances to confirm the accuracy of pricing and invoicing data.
8. Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance audits and reviews.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for pricing-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
10. Ensure prompt and clear communication to resolve customer billing questions and concerns.
11. Collaborate with the customer service and dispatch teams to streamline the flow of information regarding job details and billing.
12. Identify opportunities to enhance the pricing and invoicing process, leveraging technology and automation where applicable.
13. Collaborate with the System Accountant to streamline reporting and financial processes.
14. Regularly review invoicing software and tools to ensure optimal performance.

About You

For this role, you must demonstrate:

* Strong financial knowledge base.
* Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-financial team members.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
