About the team
– The NPSS branch sits within the AIS Performance group, which leads the design and delivery of innovative, evidence-based systems and support that unite and enable the Australian high performance sport system to support athletes to win well. The group works to drive the implementation of Australia's High Performance 2032+ Sport Strategy (Win Well), support sport with high performance strategic planning, lead national networks of high-performance professionals, and provide specialised support to high performance sport programs across clinical, science, engineering, data, and artificial intelligence areas.
About the role
– Engage with relevant stakeholders and lead the design and implementation of a revised National Quality Standards Scheme across the high-performance system. Develop knowledge growth & engagement strategies that ensure relevant quality assurance standards and practices are successfully adopted, to enable system practitioners to undertake quality assurance of programs and equipment aligned with the national HP standards
About you
– We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual capable of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and leading strategic direction who works well in a team and independently.
