Ashley Institute of Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which forms part of the ASG, delivering accredited face-to-face training through both workplace and class-room environments throughout Australia and provides tailored and innovative training programs to some of Australia's leading organisations and for job seekers alike.
We are currently recruiting a State Manager to be the backbone of the team for our WA office! Recent experience within an RTO or similar is a must. You will have proven experience in successfully managing, upskilling and developing a team to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include;
Liaising with customers
To help drive current and new business with the sales team
Managing and leading a team of loyal and dedicated staff
Ongoing management to ensure training is scheduled and completed
Ensure compliance of the RTO with applicable rules and regulations
Supporting General Manager
Reporting
Assist with course attendee needs if required
Having a transparent understanding of the company's policies and vision
Data base management
Planning future capacity requirements
Organizing the training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
