Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD, for a Building/Insurance Assessor. The assessor will be responsible for evaluating building damage, preparing detailed assessment reports, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring timely and accurate repair work. Daily tasks include site visits, communication with clients and contractors, and managing documentation related to claims and repairs.
Qualifications
* Experience with building assessments, insurance claims, and preparing detailed reports.
* Knowledge of building construction, repair methodologies, and project management.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and insurance companies.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and scheduling.
* Proficiency with relevant software for reporting and project tracking.
* Ability to work independently and on-site in various conditions.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in Building, Insurance, or related fields.
* Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
