At Stryker, we're driven to make healthcare better — and we're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Upper Extremities team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a strong-performing territory at a time when new product launches are set to be true game changers.
Responsibilities
* Build and grow relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory
* Provide clinical and technical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use
* Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Stryker's upper extremities portfolio
* Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets
* Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities
* Collaborate with your team and manager to share insights and drive growth
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy
* Ensure accurate records of account activity, stock levels and customer interactions
Qualifications
* A proven track record of sales success and territory strategy
* The ambition, competitiveness and coachability to grow quickly into the role
* The ability to perform in high-pressure theatre environments and think on your feet
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
