About the Opportunity
As a Junior Service Desk Analyst of our Customer Services portfolio at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through playing a vital role in supporting the digital systems that enable safe, effective healthcare delivery across NSW Health. You will be the first point of contact for ICT support, assisting NSW Health staff with technical issues and service requests in line with ITIL practices and government standards.
This role is ideal for someone early in their ICT career who is motivated to learn, values public service, and enjoys helping others.
In this role, you will:
* Providing first-level ICT support via phone, email, and service management tools
* Logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents and requests in accordance with SLAs
* Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and application issues
* Supporting user access, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes
* Escalating complex issues to specialist teams as required
* Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to knowledge articles
* Delivering professional, patient-centred customer service aligned to NSW Health values
About You
* You are customer-focused, organised, and keen to develop your ICT skills within a public sector environment.
* A strong interest in ICT and service desk support
* Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
* Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work effectively in a team and follow established processes
