**Your new role**
A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Receptionist to join this friendly and professional team for an immediate start.
This role will be for 5 days per week, hours vary from 8.30amam to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 3pm to 8pm.
It is a rotating roster and will include weekends ( The manager ensures the roster is fair, so weekend work is spread out evenly).
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing all incoming calls
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service on a daily basis
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Dealing with member queries
- Managing and updating the database
- Additional adhoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a busy reception position. You’ll have excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoy working in a rapid-paced and vibrant environment. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and demonstrate the core values of this organisation daily. You will have strong proficiency in MS Suite and adapt quickly. You’ll also be immediately available or at short notice and be able to commit to a permanent role.
