Tip Top Bendigo are currently seeking Part-Time Packers to join the team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching our products efficiently and accurately within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment are crucial to this role.
Purpose of the Role
* Accurately pick products based on customer orders
* Carefully pack products, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation
* Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels, updating inventory records, and reporting discrepancies
* Perform quality checks on products to ensure that items are not damaged and are in good condition before packing
* Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
* Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet goals and deadlines
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in warehouse is preferred
* Have a strong safety mindset
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills - verbal and written
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
* Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
