We're excited to welcome an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our family on a fixed term 12 month contract to play a key role in driving the success of our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About Your New Career
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an important member of the Finance team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
* Capturing a high volume of expense invoices across multiple group companies
* Allocating expense invoices to the correct Cost Centre within each group company
* Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of Credit Cards
* Preparing Creditors Statement reconciliations where required
* Reconciliation of bank accounts
* Supplier engagement relating to setting up new accounts and/or resolving statement queries
* Preparation of weekly payment batchesOther duties as required by the Financial Controller or Director
A little about you:
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Bank account reconciliations
* High attention to detail, whilst managing multiple tasks.
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
* Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
* Tertiary qualification - Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Desirable but not required)
