Overview
Joondalup Health Campus is looking for a Clinical Digital Systems Lead on a permanent full-time position. As a Clinical Digital Lead, you will be responsible for driving the hospital's clinical digital transformation strategy to enhance patient care, streamline clinical and administrative processes, and ensure effective use of digital health technologies.
The role leads key digital initiatives, manages stakeholder engagement, and ensures digital projects align with clinical priorities, regulatory frameworks, and organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead clinical digital transformation projects within a healthcare or complex organisational environment.
* Drive the digital transformation strategy to support patient care and operational efficiency.
* Engage stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical teams and manage communications and change management.
* Ensure digital projects comply with regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.
* Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and provide administration support for clinical digital applications.
Essential qualifications
* Qualifications in Information Technology, Digital Health, Health Informatics, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience leading clinical digital transformation projects within a healthcare or complex organisational environment.
* Strong understanding of Medical Record systems, digital platforms, and emerging health technologies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
* Ability to provide administration support for clinical digital applications.
Desirable
* Experience working within the health system.
* Experience working with Ramsay IT systems (ENVI, Meditech).
Remuneration
On offer is an annual pay of $114,103 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.
