Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and consulting expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the sales team to identify, qualify and convert business opportunities.
2. Provide technical guidance to Consultants, Account Managers and Business Development Managers by overseeing client proposals, tenders, solution definitions, scoping of services and cost estimates.
3. Deliver various presales activities including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings etc.
4. Run customer discovery workshops to ensure we understand the requirements and tie the customer outcomes to the technical solution.
5. Analyse technical requirements, conceptualise design, identify appropriate technology solutions and contribute to project planning and estimation within the project constraints.
6. Lead discussions and perform strategic reviews with customer audiences up to CxO level on the use of Brennan related technologies.
7. Train the sales teams on various technologies and solutions with a constant focus on self-service of these solutions.
8. Be responsible for building and maintaining key vendor and partner relationships related to Digital.

Requirements:

* Confident presenting in front of peers, Senior Leaders and Customers with excellent communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing).
* Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations and solutions.
* Experience in Complex RFP Responses, solution design, ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution, both verbally and in copy.
* Experience in Commercial Governance for complex solutions and RFP Responses.
* Ability to self-study and obtain technical certifications.
* A proven track record in a presales, sales or consultancy environment in an IT solutions business with experience in Cloud Services and IT outsourcing / managed services.
* A "trusted advisor" and "project leader" attitude.
