Overview
Senior Change Manager - Transformation Program. Based in our Geelong Head Office with hybrid work options. Full time, 2 year contract. Leadership role with 4 direct reports.
Responsibilities
* Lead initiatives that reshape workplace culture, ways of working, technology integration, and the operating model within the transformation program.
* Drive strategic change across the organisation to enable sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
* Act as a catalyst for real impact and lasting change at GMHBA.
* Develop engaging change content and influence across all levels of the organisation.
* Work with cross-functional project teams from scope to completion on large-scale technology transformation projects.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g., HR, management, business/commerce) or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years change management experience, including delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects.
* Experience developing and managing change programs for complex, large-scale transformational initiatives.
* Experience working with cross-functional project teams, delivering projects from scope to completion.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop engaging content.
* Ability to influence, coach and support people across all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
