Job Description
This role involves teaching engaging and relevant English programs to students in Years 7 to 12, with a focus on delivering high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will have experience or a strong desire to teach ATAR English and/or General Senior School English, as well as working with English as an Additional Language/Dialect (EALD) students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taught engaging and relevant English programs to students in Years 7 to 12.
* Developed and implemented lesson plans that catered to diverse learning needs.
* Worked collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality educational programs.
* Maintained accurate records of student progress and performance.
* Participated in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Education or related field.
* Valid Teaching Registration.
* Experience in teaching English to students in Years 7 to 12.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
