Shaping the future of marine resources requires strategic advice and policy development, a key area of focus for this role.
The preferred candidate will have the option to be based in either Hobart or Launceston.
* Provide high-level policy advice on wild fisheries management.
* Prepare and implement Branch strategies, annual business plans, and align them with budgets.
* Represent the Agency at state and national boards and committees.
* Prepare briefings, reports, and submissions.
* Ensure wild fisheries management aligns with Marine Resources programs.

Key Details
This role offers 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, negotiable). A degree in Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution is desirable.
