The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is the lead agency for economic, social, and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

RevenueSA is committed to achieving DTF purpose and are in search of a meticulously organised and experienced Executive Support Officer to join their team for a duration of 12 months. **What you will do**:
As an Executive Support Officer, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the activities of the RevenueSA executive team. Your excellent organisational skills will be used as you manage and coordinate correspondence workflows, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, record actions, and monitor progress. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial as you liaise with staff at all levels and external stakeholders. Your commitment to quality will shine through as you adhere to agency policies while striving to meet defined objectives. This office-based role is not just about supporting others; it is about being part of a team that values your contribution.
- Manage correspondence for key personnel ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate and follow up on information, briefings, and reports.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Provide confidential administrative support to executives.
- Provide executive support service to internal committees including coordination and scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas and papers, minute taking, actions recording and monitoring.
- Undertake diary management and research.
- Coordinate attendance at various conferences and functions, seeking approvals for travel, accommodation and developing itineraries.
- Adhere to agency and government policies, meeting defined objectives and achieving appropriate quality standards.

As an Executive Support Officer, your proven experience in providing high-level administrative support will be invaluable. Your exceptional organisational skills will enable you to manage tasks and correspondence effectively. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build effective working relationships across all levels of staff. Your proficiency in Microsoft Packages like Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS etc, along with your sound knowledge in the use of the Objective Records Management System, will be important in this role. Your understanding of agency policies and government regulations will ensure you meet defined objectives and maintain quality standards.
- Exceptional organisational skills for managing correspondence and coordinating tasks.
- Ability to provide high-quality administrative support services.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Packages like Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS etc.
- Sound knowledge in the use of the Objective Records Management System.
- Sound understanding of disseminating information to ensure correspondence is accurate and actioned in a timely manner.
- Experience in diary management and coordinating responses.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships.
- Experience is coordinating travel arrangements.
- Understanding of agency policies and government regulations.
