About the Role:
Normist Pty Ltd seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Internal Sales/Sales Support professional to provide exceptional sales and administrative support to our busy sales team, driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound sales enquiries and leads, providing excellent customer service and converting opportunities into sales
* Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records
* Proactively following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for additional sales
* Liaising with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Contributing to sales strategy and process improvement initiatives
* Providing backup and support to other members of the sales team as needed
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales support or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
