The Coffee Pedaler is a vibrant, well-loved local brand with venues in Gundagai and Tumut. We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Head Cook to join our team — primarily based at our Gundagai site, with flexibility to work across both locations when needed.
The roster (this is the good bit)
* Sunday through Thursday — Fridays and Saturdays OFF
* No night work — every evening is yours
* Stable, predictable pattern — plan your life around it
The role
As our Head Cook, you’ll be the engine of the kitchen. You’ll prepare a variety of menu items quickly and accurately, making sure every plate meets our standard while keeping the workspace clean and organised. You will have responsibility for ordering, portion control, wastage & prep staff.
The opportunity
* Salary: $80,000 per annum + superannuation
* Terms: Initial 3-month trial period with a view to a permanent position for the right person
* Training: Full training provided — experience is preferred, not essential
