We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
No prior experience required – we'll train you to close solar home-owner appointments while earning competitive pay and unlimited commission potential.
Key Benefits
Minimum 25 hours per week (casual)
Base hourly wage plus un-capped commissions + performance bonuses

Responsibilities & Expectations
Visit homeowners' premises to discuss solar benefits and schedule audits
Qualify prospects using a structured outreach script
Build rapport and nurture potential customers
Maintain accurate entry of appointments and tasks in the CRM
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly appointment targets
Support senior sales staff with high-value customer engagement activities
We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and handling rejection with a positive attitude
Passion for renewable energy and improving customers' energy bills
Willingness to learn and apply best-selling techniques
Prior sales/tele-sales experience is a plus but not required
