About the job
Due to a maternity cover, Danone has a 12 month opportunity for a Tenders and Contracts Assistant to join the business, In this role you will work closely with the Tenders and Contracts Manager to support with all planning and maintenance of various tenders and contracts across Australia and New Zealand as well as providing other administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Support the coordination of the tender process, providing direct support to the Tenders and Contracts Manager throughout various stages of this process
- Provide administrative support throughout the tender process, coordinating all documents as well as providing reporting and post tender analysis
- Liaise with key external stakeholders to manage all contract variations and KPI reporting in accordance to contract requirements
- Support internal functions on contract reviews
- Maintain all relevant documentation, tender templates, legal documentations, and relevant certifications
- Manage the wholesaler/distributor rebate approval process
- Update and maintain customer price lists
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong mix of commercial acumen as well as having a customer centric mindset. You will be able to use your focus and high attention to detail to problem solve, and to provide an accurate service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrable experience working within a similar role or within a procurement team
- Previous experience working within a sales or marketing role is advantageous
- High attention to detail and the ability to think commercially to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within the healthcare industry would be beneficial
