Be the ERP expert for a leading, fast-growing manufacturer. We seek a hands-on ERP Manager with deep Microsoft Dynamics (Wiise) expertise to own system strategy, drive transformation, and deliver robust integrations across business functions.
In this key role, you will
Own and execute the ERP vision to drive growth, efficiency, and digital transformation
Lead rollout and continuous improvement of Dynamics (Wiise) modules, including integration with CRM, supply chain, and finance
Architect and optimise end-to-end processes, automating workflows wherever possible
Oversee cross-system integrations, with a strong focus on data migration, API delivery and solution design
Deliver enterprise projects—impacting everything from e-quoting to finance and business analytics
Be the trusted go-to for users, empowering the business with best-practice support and training
Govern ERP budgets, resources, policies, compliance and vendor relationships
Stay ahead of the curve in ERP trends, governance, and best practices
Collaborate across operations, IT, finance, and executive teams to deliver measurable outcomes
What you bring
Deep expertise as a Dynamics super-user, ideally in Wiise—comfortable leading major upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects
Proven background implementing ERP solutions within manufacturing, production, or supply chain-intensive environments
Strong grasp of finance and business process transformation
Enterprise-level capability in system architecture, data migration, API builds, and business reporting
Leadership mindset—able to translate strategy into action, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change
Track record delivering complex projects and streamlining systems for efficiency, governance, and compliance (SOX, statutory)
Superb communication and vendor management skills
