The Prospect
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within mixed-use and multi-residential environments. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, has an exceptional eye for detail, and is confident managing FF&E; schedules from concept through to delivery.
You will work closely with our design and project teams to help shape interiors that balance form, function and long-term durability.
What You’ll Do
- Develop interior concepts for mixed-use and multi-residential projects
- Prepare detailed FF&E; schedules, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers
- Source materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project vision
- Produce presentation materials and design packages for client review
- Assist with onsite reviews during construction and fit‑out
- Ensure consistency with brand standards, design quality, and project timelines
- Manage customer selections, communication, and approval processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and verify supplier and contractor quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with specifications
- Maintain accurate project records, updates, and design documentation to support smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Designer
- Strong background in mixed‑use and multi‑residential projects
- Proficiency in FF&E; scheduling and documentation
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, solution‑focused approach
- Generally tech‑savvy and comfortable adopting new systems and tools
