**Who we are looking for**
Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Operations APAC ex Japan, you will be responsible for providing support for oversight of all middle-to-back office functions undertaken by Investment Operations, support day-to-day controls including cash flows accuracy, position reconciliation and prompt response to ad-hoc operation-related queries.

**What you will be responsible for**
As Portfolio Services and Oversight Manager you will
- Accountable for providing accurate and timely operational support across all functions, proactively liaising with the business in order to facilitate operational delivery.
- Acquire and maintain a good understanding of SSGA's workflows and operational infrastructure.
- Promoting risk excellence, you will assist to provide oversight support of all middle-to-back office activities, while improving efficiency and global consistency.
- Assist to manage and further develop staff within Investment Operations team, to build skilled, versatile, diverse and highly efficient operations team.
- Work with custodian and portfolio management teams to investigate and resolve any abnormal NAV performance.
- Support a culture of effective challenge to evolve operational processes, to drive ongoing improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as required

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- 7+ years of financial industry experience across front, back and middle office systems and services.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- High attention to detail is a must
- Strong communications, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
