Overview
Join a growing mortgage brokerage in a key operational role. Manage end-to-end credit workflows, support brokers, and help drive operational excellence within a collaborative team environment. This role is for an experienced Credit & Operations Manager who will own credit and operational functions while supporting brokers, referral relationships, and internal workflow management.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end credit and operational workflows
* Review and assess loan applications prior to submission
* Identify servicing issues, risks, and policy concerns
* Work closely with brokers to structure and workshop deals
* Oversee workflow pipelines and operational processes
* Support and coordinate onshore and offshore support staff
* Maintain communication with referral partners and stakeholders
* Assist with improving operational systems and efficiencies
* Ensure compliance with lender policies and internal procedures
* Support a growing loan pipeline and business operations function
Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in credit analysis, operations, or broker support
* Strong understanding of residential lending and lender policy
* BrokerEngine experience highly regarded
* AFG platform experience preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational and workflow management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Confident working with brokers, support staff, and referral partners
