Responsibilities
Provide advanced clinical pharmacy expertise and consultancy services to complex medical cohorts.
Lead, mentor and support pharmacists and pharmacy support staff to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality care.
Drive service improvement, quality initiatives and evidence-based best practice across the Division of Medicine.
About You / Qualifications
Advanced clinical knowledge in general medicine, cardiology and/or respiratory pharmacy practice.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, support performance and foster collaborative practice.
Experience driving service improvement, research and contemporary clinical practice development.
