About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director to join our dedicated team at Little World for Discoverers ' in Oxenford, QLD. This is a part-time prospect to play a key role in overseeing the smooth and enriching operation of our early learning centre.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Centre Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management of the centre
- Oversee the implementation of high-quality educational programs that support the wellbeing and development of children
- Mentor and support the education team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
- Engage with families, building strong partnerships to support children\'s learning and growth
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centre
What we\'re looking for
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in a senior role within the early childhood education sector
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating enriching learning environments and supporting children\'s development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
